Monte Wilson
Stradale Group was founded by Monte Wilson, a former Chief Revenue Officer and a key driver in some of the larger transformations in the tech industry such as Adobe, Sitecore, Oracle, Documentum/EMC and others.
Monte has participated in and, in some cases, led some of the most prolific transformations in the tech industry. With more than 30 years experience in senior leadership positions with companies such as Adobe, Oracle and EMC to some high growth early stage companies like Documentum and Sitecore, Monte has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience about high growth and dramatic change in technology.
Monte is now taking that wealth of knowledge and experience to help investors and companies realize the full potential of their organizations. Whether it be an advisor to help design go-to-market strategies, sales operations or board/advisor roles or even interim CRO roles during a transition, Monte has the experience, knowledge and a network to make a near term impact.
